My name is Matt Crawford. I am the owner and founder of Crawford Performance Consulting. As a believer in Jesus Christ, I am committed to working with excellence and integrity for God’s glory and my client’s well-being. I founded Crawford Performance Consulting out of a passion to help athletes be the very best version of themselves not only in their current season of competition, but also in every phase of life in the future. I believe that every athlete should have access to high quality mental performance consulting no matter the age, competition level, or socioeconomic status. 

I earned my bachelor’s degree in psychology from William Jewell College in 2017 where I was a 5-year member of the baseball team and symphony-orchestra. I then went on to pursue my first Master’s Degree in Counseling Psychology from the University of Saint Mary where I graduated with honors. I also have a second Master's Degree in Sport Psychology from the University of Kansas.

I live in Lawrence, Kansas with my wife, Maddy, our son, Bennett, and our two dogs, Smokey and Homer.
